About Me

Hello, I'm Berk Sarper. I'm from Cyprus and currently living in Berlin. I started tattooing back in 2013. Since I got into tattoo art, I couldn't imagine myself doing any other job. Cyprus is a small place and I didn't have access to everything I wanted there. My initiation into this profession started with a friend asking me, 'Do you have any requests from abroad?' All I wanted was tattoo supplies. During this process, I worked every day at home, making drawings, trying to improve myself more, and constantly striving. I did my first tattoo afterwards. I don't think there was any external factor that led me to this point. I believe I reached this point only by working hard, learning on my own, and I will always continue to work and strive because I don't think there are any limits to improving oneself in art. So far, I have tried many art movements, worked in almost every genre, and achieved good results. I love them all separately, but personally, I enjoy doing black-grey realism or colorful surrealist works the most. When designing a tattoo, important factors for me are not to deviate from my own style first. The other important thing is the client's request and personality. I enjoy combining these two and creating designs that fit my style. Ensuring customer satisfaction is very important to me, and from my experiences so far, I have noticed that people need to trust the artist in every aspect when getting a tattoo. They want to know that they can trust the artist in terms of their art, meticulousness, sincerity, and that you won't abandon them halfway through if a problem arises. I can adapt to the person in front of me regardless of age, religion, race, etc. For me, the tranquility of the studio and the working environment are very important. I can handle crisis situations well. What gives me peace is working with smiling and satisfied people in a sterile environment, and I also think it's very important to be able to get inspired and motivated by these. I pay attention to the energy inside the studio and the songs playing
